Who and What PACS is…
PACS consultants are multi-skilled in providing a supporting
role for people with disabilities, the Aged, those facing Loss and
Grief issues and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse groups.
This is accomplished through a unique, effective and confidential
individually focused service. It is achieved by sensitively
identifying individual's needs and abilities in a relaxed and friendly
environment.
PACS is a specialised service providing a team of professional
Consultants managed by Twanny Farrugia (Director) who will facilitate
workshops on issues and ideas according to your groups and/or individual
needs.
- • Our Associate Consultants are qualified in the Human
Services Sector and Health Care System, bringing a variety of
personal experiences
- Specialised areas include, but are not limited to, the following:
People in Aged Care, People with Disabilities and People experiencing
all aspects of Loss and Grief. This service will also encompass
those from a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse background.

Vision
Enhancing Service Delivery in the Health sector for consumer/clients utilizing PACS services.
Philosophy
My philosophy is that consumers require a health system that focuses
on people who are using that system, so that they not only feel
safe but are safe. Therefore, the health system must meet
consumer's needs irrespective where they receive that health service
(i.e. hospital, health community centre, general practitioner etc).
